Calls are taken by Boston Mayflower's Call Centre staff who will liaise with Aaron Services Ltd, Princebuild Ltd or Ajet Drain Services Ltd to maintain a 24 hour service, 365 days of the year. 

 What is an Emergency Repair? 

Total Loss of hot and cold water

Total loss of heating

Insecure/smashed windows

Insecure external doors (if you have lost your keys this repair will be charged to you)

Blocked drains

Fire Damage

Severe leaks

No Electric – please check that there is not a power cut in the area before calling. Also you must check your electric appliances individually to make sure they are not causing the electric to go off (if the engineer finds fault with one of your appliances you will be charged for the call out).
