The definition of Anti-Social Behaviour taken from the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 is: 

"Conduct which is capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to any person and directly or indirectly relates to or affects the housing management functions of the relevant landlord."

 "Conduct which consists of or involves using or threatening to use housing accommodation owned or managed by a relevant landlord for an unlawful purpose."  

The Association believes that you have the right to live peacefully and quietly and so do your neigbours.

Common examples of Anti-Social Behaviour are:

Harassment/Intimidation

Threats or acts of violence, harassment or discrimination on the grounds of race,gender, religion, sexual orientation, age or disability etc.

Domestic Violence

Any form of abuse within the home.

Illegal Activity

Use of the premises for illegal purposes including drug offences, stolen goods, prostitution etc.

Pets

Barking, fouling or dangerous dogs.asb

Noise 

Loud music, car engine revving, dog barking, shouting, door slamming etc. These issues are particularly sensitive between the hours of 11pm and 7.30am.

Vandalism

Damage to property or communal areas.

Abandoned Vehicles

Untaxed and/or roadworthy vehicles.

Unruly Children

General bad behaviour including ball games.

Untidy Gardens/Drivewaysgarden3

Rubbish, uncut grass, hedges and car repairs etc.
