Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association was formed and registered with the Housing Corporation in June 1986, (Registration No. L3698).
The Association is also registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 (Registration No. 2527R) and operates as a charitable housing association on a ‘not for profit basis’. In September 2005 the National Housing Federation 2005 Model Rules (amended) was adopted.
The Association’s ‘Corporate Strategy’ sets out the ‘Mission’ and ‘Strategic Objectives’ providing a five year framework for focus and direction. The Board and management use the Strategy to formulate the Business Plan and drive operational issues.
