Rural Gold Star Service
The Rural Gold Star Service is the Association's way of saying thank you to the majority of our tenants who pay their rent on time and follow the terms of their tenancy agreement.
Members of the Rural Gold Star Service benefit from priority with Planned Maintenance, where possible faster routine repairs and entry into prize draws twice a year when four tenants win £250.
To become a member of the service you will need to complete a form and satisfy the following criteria;
- You must have maintained a clear rent account for the past three months or
- Have a repayment agreement in place to clear any arrears within six months and have kept to the agreement for three months
- Be a good neighbour
- You must have kept to all aspects of the tenancy agreement which includes no anti-social behaviour, and keeping your home and garden clean and tidy
- You must have held the tenancy for at least six months
