WENDY DONE, CHAIRMAN

As a Member of the Association and the Board since 1995,   Mrs Done works with many local and  community organisations and is a Parish Clerk for three Parish Councils. The Chairman has a very active role in the Association and has met most of the Association's tenants personally. 

 BOB WHETTON, DEPUTY CHAIRMAN

A Board Member since September 2005 and Chairman of the Audit Panel, Mr Whetton was a Local Authority Finance Director for 17 years and has government, housing and development experience. He has worked as a self-empolyed Finance Consultant.  

CRAIG COLLINSON

Mr Collinson is a Director of a Training Consultancy and joined the Board in September 2007. He has many years experience as a training professional providing programmes and services to the housing sector and other public, private and voluntary sector organisations.

 JUSTIN FISHER

Mr Fisher joined the Board in September 2008 and is Chairman of the Operations Panel. He works as an IT Consultant with many housing associations in the country. Mr Fisher previously worked as a Maintenance Service Manager for a large housing association in the region and has experience in building maintenance, customer relations and business processes.

ALAN HAYWARD

Mr Hayward has been a Board Member since September 2007 and is Deputy Chairman of the Operations Panel. He has had a career in education and undertakes voluntary work as a Teacher Governor responsible for a Finance Sub-Committee and has served as President and Treasurer of the Lincolnshire National Union of Teachers. Mr Hayward also has experience and skills in health and safety, personnel, insurance and energy conservation.

JOHN D HOWES FRICS

Mr Howes has been employed as the Association's Chief Executive and Company Secretary since August 2001 and joined the Board in December 2005. Trained initially as a Chartered Surveyor he has worked as a consultant and has been directly employed over the past 30 years in the social housing sector.

 BE McCARROLL

Miss McCarroll joined the Board in October 2009 bringing skills, qualifications and experience in housing management, development, IT, policy and strategy and business improvement. Miss McCarroll has previously worked as a strategic housing consultant for both local authorities and housing associations.

MARY MUGGLETON

Mrs Muggleton, a tenant of the Association for the past 12 years joined the Board in December 2005 and is Deputy Chairman of the Audit Panel. Previously having worked as a civil servant and administrator in the medical profession, Mrs Muggleton is a Parish Councillor, with many years experience as Chairman.

 STEPHEN PRIESTLEY

Mr Priestley is Housing Strategy Manager at North Kesteven District Council and joined the Board in December 2009. With previous experience as a Rural Housing Enabler Mr Priestley has experience with  rural housing issues and working with the key partners in affordable housing delivery.  

HEATHER SYKES

A Board Member since Setpember 2005 and Chairman of the Regulatory Panel. Miss Sykes is a specialist housing litigation solicitor. Her work and experience is in homelessness appeals, disrepair, anti-social behaviour and public sector possession cases, mortgage possessions, customer credit unions, judicial reviews, housing benefit appeals, Rent Act Successions and landlord and tenant disputes.

BARBARA WAITE

Mrs Waite, a tenant of the Association for the past 8 years joined the Board in February 2006 and is Deputy Chairman of the Regulatory Panel. As a Town Councillor and School Governor Mrs Waite has experience in many aspects associated with the management and governance of organisations in a voluntary position. 

 STEVEN WILLIAMSON

Mr Williamson is Director of Lincs Planning Consultancy and joined the Board in December 2009. Having previously been a local authority Direrector of Planning he brings skills, experience and qualification in planning, building development and control, land aquisition and business management.
