When you report a repair we will let you know what priority we have given it. This ensures that the most urgent jobs are completed first.
- Priority 1 - Emergency repairs are made safe within 24 hours
An emergency repair is any repair that is an immediate danger to your safety or to the safety of the public. Emergency also means an issue regarding security or health, or something which may lead to serious damage to the property. This might include a burst pipe or no power to the property.
- Priority 2 – Urgent repairs are undertaken within 7 days
An urgent repair is when you cannot use something because it is broken or if the repair affects the structure, fittings, fixtures or services to the property. This might include: no heat or hot water or a faulty light switch or socket.
- Priority 3 – Routine repairs are undertaken within 28 days
A non-urgent repair is a repair that can wait without causing you serious inconvenience and which we can plan to do in our current work list. This might include: leaking guttering or plaster repairs.
