Lincs Rural provides quality, energy efficient, affordable homes and high standards of services for people in rural  housing need, within available resources.

We have properties in rural villages throughout Lincolnshire plus two developments in Rutland and one in Norfolk.

The majority of our properties are subject to a Section 106 planning condition which ensures that local people in housing need are given priority. When applying for our properties you need to provide details of your local connection. A local connection is when: 

• The applicant has lived in the village for a minimum of one year.
• The  applicant is permanently employed there;
• The applicant has immediate family living in the village.
